The 40’ Silverton Flybridge Sedan is a great family cruiser or fishing yacht that provides sleeping for six. The cabin amenities include a forward stateroom w/double berth; complete head with lavatory, molded vanity, mirror and standup shower; a spacious salon with a sleep sofa; a pleasant functional galley; and dinette that converts to a spacious berth for two. Taken together these amenities create the ambiance for pleasant on the water living and travel. A TV located in the salon is cable ready. This Silverton is mechanically in good condition, and ready to provide many fun summers for you and your family.
The Master Stateroom is located forward and has a spacious angled double-berth, under berth storage, hanging locker and counter top dresser drawer storage.
Master Head
Located on the port side this head is easily accessible from the companionway outside the forward stateroom. The vanity sink with molded Formica counter/cabinet, mirrored cabinet, stand-up shower, electric lavatory and linen storage compartment are tastefully presented.
Salon
The salon is located amidships and has a carpeted floor. Furnishings include a sofa located on the port side and a single stuffed chair. The starboard bulkhead is lined with oak storage cabinets. A bulkhead located between the salon and the dinette also has oak cabinets as well as counter space to hold the salon TV. Draperies and blinds complete the décor of this wonderful entertainment area.
Galley
The galley is located three steps down from the salon amidships on the port side. The two burner electric stove, Norcold refrigerator/freezer, more than ample cabinetry and drawers together with Formica counters and stainless steel sink provide for easy meal prep and clean-up.
Dinette
The dinette is located on the starboard side opposite the galley. Cushioned seating for six+ also converts to a double berth to accommodate sleeping for two. A hanging locker and cabinets provide ample storage for guests and/or family members.
Flybridge
The Flybridge has seating for the Captain and Mate (Cushioned Helm Chairs), and cushioned seating for multiple guests and/or family. The helm houses the full complement of twin engine monitoring gauges including oil pressure, water temperature, fuel gauge, and amp meter. The Bilge Blowers, Fume Detector, Good Windlass, and Trim Tabs are also operational from the helm. A Ritchie Compass as well as all other electronics are conveniently placed on the helm.
